Villa Gregory’s 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are on the top floor of this two-story villa. The master bedroom has a spacious sitting area that overlooks the Bay and the private heated pool. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom covered floor-to-ceiling in colorful Mexican tile. Villa Gregory’s first floor has an open floor plan that includes a kitchen with seating for 4 at the counter, a walk-in pantry, a half-bathroom and a dining table that seats 8. The first floor living room has a built-in couch with two loveseats and a second separate seating area overlooking the pool. The first floor also provides access to the pool deck where you can lounge in the afternoon sun or rest in the shade of the deck’s palapa and enjoy the views of Banderas Bay and Quinta Encantada’s own “jungle.”

Resident Manager, Quinta Encantada’s English-speaking house manager who lives on-site, will cater to your vacation needs (whether booking a tour, chartering a sailing or fishing excursion, making dinner reservations or arranging transportation). Maid service is provided daily (except Sundays and holidays). Chef services are available by request.
