Villa Samuel

Villa Samuel, Quinta Encantada’s 2-story, three-bedroom villa, has undergone a recent renovation. Picture windows on both floors provide stunning views of Banderas Bay. Each of the second floor bedrooms is air-conditioned, has a king size bed, private bathroom and magnificent views. The second floor also has an outside terrace with table and chairs that overlooks the Bay and pool. Villa Samuel’s expansive first floor has an open floor plan with sectional sofa positioned to enjoy the views of Quinta Encantada’s own “jungle” and Banderas Bay. The first floor also has a kitchen with seating for 4 at the kitchen counter, a dining table (seating 6) and a half-bath. Sliding glass doors give an open-air feel and lead to a heated pool, deck and palapa.

Resident Manager, Quinta Encantada’s English-speaking house manager who lives on-site, will cater to your vacation needs (whether booking a tour, chartering a sailing or fishing excursion, making dinner reservations or arranging transportation). Maid service is provided daily (except Sundays and holidays). Chef services are available by request.
